At Aupsora, we prioritize your satisfaction. If there is any issue with your delivered product, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully.

🔄 Eligible Return Reasons

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Received product has incorrect color or design
  • Received the wrong product instead of what was ordered
  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery

📅 Timeframe for Reporting

You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Failure to do so will make the return ineligible.

📦 Replacement Process

If your return request is valid and the product is in stock, we will ship the replacement within 5 business days. If the item is not available, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days via bKash or bank transfer.

💰 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued through:

  • bKash (personal or merchant number)
  • Bank account transfer (upon request)

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Returns are only accepted for valid product issues. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • No complaint will be accepted if you contact us after 24 hours of delivery.
  • All returned items must be unused, with original packaging intact.
