📦 Delivery Charges:

• Inside Dhaka City: BDT 80
• Outside Dhaka City: BDT 150

No need to pay the delivery charge in advance via bKash unless specifically requested by our team. The product price is payable upon delivery.

🚚 Delivery Process:

We use third-party courier services like Pathao and SteadFast. Our usual delivery time is 2–4 business days. Please keep your phone active and receive the product when the delivery agent calls.

🔍 Upon Delivery:

Check the parcel in front of the delivery agent. If you find any issue (wrong item, damage, missing quantity), please inform us immediately at:

Once the delivery agent leaves, it becomes difficult to manage a return or replacement.

📦 After Unboxing:

If you find any defect after opening the parcel, we will provide a free replacement promptly. Please send us a photo or video of the issue. All our product images and videos are available on our official Facebook page. If needed, we’ll gladly resend them to you.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy:

• We offer a free replacement or refund for defective or incorrect items.
• The product must be returned to us for replacement/refund.
• If returned without valid reason (e.g., change of mind), delivery charges must be paid by the customer.
